Game Fire - Register license
 
To use the Professional edition of Game Fire, you will have to either purchase a license code from the Smart PC Utilities store or start a free 30-day trial of the Pro edition by clicking the Start Free Trial button in the lower right corner of Game Fire's interface.
 
If you already have a license code of Game Fire Pro, you will have to register the software using that code before you can use Game Fire Pro. In the lower right corner of Game Fire's interface, click the Register button. This will open the Register Game Fire Pro dialog box where you can enter your license code to activate your Game Fire Pro license.
 
In the Register Game Fire Pro dialog, Enter your username in the Name field, your email address in the Email field, and the 24 characters code in the License Key field and click the Activate Now button.

A working Internet connection is required to verify your license information and to download the license onto your computer.

You can use Paste from Clipboard buttons to get license information from the clipboard to avoid typos.
 
If license registration is completed successfully, a message box shows up informing you that Game Fire Pro was successfully activated, and by clicking the OK button Game Fire will be restarted.

If you have purchased a license of Game Fire Pro and you did not receive or lost the license code, click the I lost my license code link and we will help you restore it.

You may want to revoke your license, for example in case of requesting a refund by clicking the Revoke License button in the About dialog box.
 

 
Common Issues:
 
License revoked or deactivated.
The license has been deactivated because of a refund or upon user request.
 
Your computer is disconnected from the Internet.
Please make sure you have an active Internet connection and your firewall is not blocking connections between Game Fire and the licensing server.
 
Your Game Fire Pro updates subscription has expired.
Your updates subscription has ended and you are not eligible to use this version of Game Fire. Please renew your updates subscription to use this version of Game Fire.
 
Your Game Fire Pro trial has expired.
Your 30-day trial of Game Fire Pro has ended, you will need to purchase a license of Game Fire Pro to continue to use the software.
 
Licensing server encountered an internal error.
The Game Fire licensing server is experiencing an issue, please try to activate the software at a later time. If the issue is still present, contact Smart PC Utilities support.
 
License key does not match this computer.
This may be caused by running Game Fire on a computer other than the one used to register and activate the software for the first time. If you want to use Game Fire Pro on more than one device, purchase new licenses. If you want to transfer your license to a new computer, use the Transfer License form.
 
Failed to load software license. The license file may be corrupted or locked.
This may be due to:
  • Hardware changes like upgrading the CPU, hard disk, or graphics card. Use this form to clear the device ID associated with your license.
  • Running Game Fire on a computer other than the one used to register and activate the software for the first time.
  • Corrupted software files, please reinstall Game Fire to fix this issue.
 
Invalid email address.
You have entered an invalid email address, please enter a valid email address.
 
Invalid license key.
Please make sure you enter a valid license code of Game Fire Pro. You can copy & paste your license key to avoid typos.
 
Invalid username.
Please make sure you enter the username you used to activate the Game Fire Pro license for the first time. Use this form to recover your license username.
 
Invalid license signature.
This may be due to:
  • The Licensing server is experiencing issues.
  • The license file stored on your computer is corrupted. Please reactivate your Game Fire Pro license.
 
Unauthorized changes in system date and time settings were detected.
Please make sure your system date and time settings are configured properly. It's recommended that you allow Windows to synchronize your system date and time settings with an Internet time server.
 
Could not generate a unique ID for your computer.
Game Fire could not generate a unique ID of your computer to be associated with your license, please make sure you are running Game Fire with administrative privileges and no anti-virus is interfering with the software.
 
Could not connect to Game Fire licensing server.
Please make sure you have an active Internet connection and your firewall is not blocking connections between Game Fire and the licensing server.
 
Invalid software signature.
This may be due to corrupted software files or anti-virus software interfering with Game Fire.
